Overview

A 5 day return and full refund policy (not including courier costs) after delivery to the client applies to all our goods. Goods must be unused and in the same condition as received, and they must also be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment, within 5 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (only), send us an email at info@suidpuntmarketplace.co.za and send your item to: The Courier Guy Kiosk Hermanus, for attention Irmela Schirmer, Contact Number 0716181998.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Courier Guy Kiosk Hermanus, for attention Irmela Schirmer, Contact Number 0716181998.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once we have approved the exchange, we shall carry the courier costs of the exchanged item to the client.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Deliveries

Where do we courier to?

We can can deliver nationwide in South Africa, as well as to international destinations upon quotation.

What will the courier costs be?

There will be a fixed courier cost based on your delivery location, number of items, the size and/or weight of your items.

Liability cover:

Liability cover up to R1000 is included. Additional cover is available at 2% of declared value above R1000. Additional cover must be ticked and the value declared.

Packaging

Packaging is not included in the cost of the item or the courier fee. Depending on the size the appropriate packaging will be added at The Courier Guys cost price.

How do I track my order?

On dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email which can be used, via the link provided, to track the movements of your parcel. These notifications will include the following:

  • When your order has been dispatched
  • When your order is out for delivery
  • When your order has been successfully delivered

Can I send products as gifts to a different address to my own?

You will be able to send your order/gift(s) to any address around the world that you require, whether that is your own address or the address of someone you would like to surprise or spoil. Simply add the delivery details of where you would like the gift delivered when you are at our checkout page. For international orders, please let us quote first. Email your request to info@suidpuntmarketplace.co.za.

Can I send gifts to more than 1 address with 1 order?

You can only send to 1 address per 1 online order. A separate order would be required to send to another person at another address.

Can I choose delivery for a specific date?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed it will immediately follow the standard dispatch procedure. As our courier service is outsourced, we cannot commit to any specific dates.

Can I collect my order?

We are not set up for walk-ins or pick-ups, however upon request we can arrange for a drop-off in the Greater Hermanus area of the Western Cape.
